I don't understand why the thread should stop debating possibilities for future comps?

Last year we just turned up and said we were there for the paragliding comp and were directed to camp over the far side

They allow people to camp on the field the night before. I think you are meant to vacate on the Sunday morning but it doesn’t seem to be strictly enforced.

Hi Trevor try these, I have used them a few times now they cover paragliding including comps .I have no idea what they would be like if you were to have a claim

which Bike should I use???? I have an old mountain Bike tried and tested with good knobbly tyres for the off road bits and a very good low gear for the hills I also have a much newer road hybrid type bike but it has skinny tyres and not as low a bottom gear but it is very light and overall a better ...

Or we could carry our kit on our backs and fly on the way over why make it difficult!
