Horden. Replacement Take-off-site. All-been-Well.

Post by RonDon »

Have been looking around for another take-of to replace,

Good old Horden. A place I think that would fit the bill. Is Horden its self, you drive threw, Horden from the north going south, when you get to the second set of traffic lights you keep left.

Access to the cliff tops for--"takeoff'--and--landing, top and bottom. Once threw the traffic lights you drive strait down,
Cotsford Lane to, Acacia Ave, on your left down to the bottom of the road turn right, across the railway bridge then, second
Opening on your left passing the, Allotments as you go down to the bottom. Park up and walk strata across to the cliff top's.

See what you"Think" :) :) :)

I think I know the location not sure it will be an easy takeoff to inflate your wing on the grass at the car park at the end of the allotments is where I first learnt to ground handle, wasn't ideal
If Acro was easy they'd call it Cross Country
