For those who don't know about the changes at Horden. I had a walk down after flying yesterday. As you drive through the railway tunnel to turn right a metal gate has been erected there. Walking on to where the track turns east towards the sea there;s a second metal gate. I guess you will still be able to park your car before the first gate and walk to take off the only problem is will your car be safe parked there. After the days flying I dare say you could fly back and land close to the cars.
I believe there's a delegation going to a meeting to voice the clubs opinions to these changes.
