Up at Tailbridge last night. 25 mph+, fine for the Hang Glider at that site, but surely that can't be a paraglider trying to launch????
Well almost, or at least half a paraglider. There was a guy trying and just about managing to soar a speed rider, tiny, tiny wing, not much more than a big power kite really. He did get above the top, but a lot of time below the ridge. Said he'd spent most of the winter with these on the ski slopes of the alps. Shame no one got a photo of us dinosaurs flying with the latest craze from the continent........
How long before all the NHPCs flying these?
