cracking day at crossfell

Post by gary stenhouse »

well with 3 flights and another two and a half hours flying the only problem is, i was clearing my log on each flight as i was using the garmin. and guess what i was wiping all of the trackloggs aswell. not to worry though it all has just been topped off when i was righting this ans the rain started so i have just had to offload three hangliders by myself. but what can you do when you are offloading skygod millers glider who only flew to the cafe today in a westerly. i was going to go myself but i did not want to steel the glory. well so far i can say that the hangliding is going very well and does make you think much more where your flying and where you are going to land.

there were five hangliders up today and 7 paragliders so i think we all came away with smiles on our facces.

can we make it 2 days in a row.

Gary, you don't need to do anything, when you download the flights with compgps you simply 'separate tracks' the program asks you if you want to do it. All the info on the screen updates to the new flight.
I only saw you do one flight anyway!
See you out there!!!!!

Yeah, i know Dave. I seem to be a glutton for punishment by looking on the board.
I need to ban myself from looking in.

I'll just have one more look though.....................Shit!
