after another visit to the specialist with more xrays it looks like all bones have heeled, although the inside of the pelvis looks like a sledge hammer has hit it, far from the cemertical pelvis i once had. its now known as a assymetric pelvis.
no sticks required anymore but still a bit limp, but a week in fuerteventura should sought that out. then i hope by end of july i may be back out flying? one can only hope but at least if i am not out flying i will be out driving.
hope the flying improves for all
addios gary
on a happier note all the bones are fixed

Dont give yourself a date Gary, this will just put pressure on you to fly by that date even if your bones and muscles arent ready.
I would say when you can jump from 6ft and do a PLF you'll be ready, you have to build strength in you're legs, I remember when I lost both of my legs in a motorbike accident --- it took months for them to grow back, and months more before I was ready for flying, so take it easy.

there is all the time in the world!
John speaks wise words better to delay for a few more weeks than rush back and regret it later.
Be patient Gary you will heal in due course and maybe Gill will appreciate you n0ot charging around the country looking for a place to fly. Believe me it is far better to get a few brownie points in the bag before returning to the skies,
Kitt.
