Cayley Club Site Issues

Post by colin keightley »

Having been on a family holiday this weekend I found myself flying the Caravan Site I was at (Primrose Valley) there were masses of gliding a few miles further down at Bempton Cliffs and there has been a big who haa, luckily i wasnt part of it but they are having a big problem with visiting pilots. They have said that for the time being Speeton is a no go site and also not to fly Bempton Cliffs as the RSPB are threatening the big guns because of dwindling numbers of breading birds (they havnt said its paragliders, in fact the think its bad weather related but they beleive paragliders flying low to the cliffs wont be helping. So please before visiting any other club's sites check out their sites guide http://www.cayleyparagliding.co.uk/index.html
If Acro was easy they'd call it Cross Country
