Wonderful. Who did he buy it from! Is it his to sell! When Wainwright sat on the top of Skiddaw next door to,Blencathra 1943 in the small hours of the morning to watch the sun came up and
and watch this red glow in the sky to the south, Which turned out
to be, Coventry burning from the German bombing raids and all of the people who were dying there.
And the Beautiful Cathedral that was burning. And all them men and women who give their lives to stop the, Nezi coming here. No it is not his to sell, it belongs to the people of this, Land.
Everyone who lives dies, yet not everyone who dies, has lived. We take these risks not to escape life, but to prevent life from escaping us ...

This is no different to me or you putting the cheviots up for sale. If there's nothing anyone can do with the land then what does he even own. Was London bridge not sold by a similar scam many times over?

It was on country file yesterday the farmers own the grass grazing rights and an inch of soil below it. The owner owns whats below the soil and whats above it like the fresh air. He was saying he has to sell it to raise money I think for death duties? If he can't sell he will have to start selling properties and disrupting people's lives which he doesn't want to do.

does that not sound similar to " if they ban fox hunting all the horses and dogs will have to be destroyed and everyone who lives in the country will starve"
