Pilot Exam

Post by colin keightley »

First Id like to thank Ali for his talk on Meteorology and what you need to know for the Pilot exam I know I learnt a lot but theres something about meteorology that i struggle to remember it. If others will use it I am willing to put some articles together on here like this

Hi Colin

could we group these into categories? It would great if we have a section for Met, Airlaw and Principals of flight with a few relative questions each that people can PM me that answers to rather than posting for everyone to see.

For example a temperature trace for a given day could accompany your image above along with a question/exercise such as 'given a source temperature of 22 degrees C how would the thermic activity change with height?'.

Maybe you and I should get together and drum up a few ideas?

Yeah no problem Ali I just put the image up to gauge interest as I dont want to go through the effort of creating something people wont use, but the idea was to create a page with different theory sections and pages within instead of on threads in the forum.
