The link is to a simple web app for taking waypoints from an OS map and transferring them to your gps.
You click on the map to create waypoints, then click the link to either save the file or if you download the GarminPlugin you can send them direct to your Garmin unit. There is a little “Info” button at the top left of the page to provide a link and explain things a bit more.
You can also use the print button too print off a maximum of ten paper copies, no greater than A4 (625 cm2) in size.
