Happy new year from keswick

Well Happy New Year to one and all we both hope santa brought you all you asked for and you have managed to stick to those NY resolutions.

As for Col and me A last minute decision to head over to Keswick on new years eve turned out to be a great choice. We arrived Lunch time and after passing the day with a visit to sick and the wrong and a short walk we headed in to town for the celebrations. A few too many pints followed by a fab meal ended by joining the masses heading down into the town square for the count down to 2011 it was very busy to say the least with thousands filling the square. Chinese lanterns were all over the sky and ticker tape rained down as the countdown came to an end so all in all a great end to the year.
After a night in the camper we had a walk round dewent lake today and maybe if the weather holds out tomorrow who knows maybe even a stroll up skiddaw will be the order of the day. Feel free to ring is you need a weather report and hopefully we will see you for some great flying in 2011
