iPhone flights
For those of you who use motion X GPS for flight logging you might like to try converting the flights from GPX or KMZ format to IGC using

This program will convert virtually any format to IGC. I put my iPhone flights on the XCLeague just to try it. Unfortunately my flights from Marske were pre Iphone so not logged.
Just a thought as a backup for a garmin or brauniger etc.
A friend of mine is in trying to get some refinements to the iPhone gps software and possibly USB connection to a vario for full flight recording.

Gentlemen if I wanted to get an iphone for a teenager can you recommend the best place to go and the best deal. She texts more than phones her friends any help will be much appreciated as I can't be arsed with salesman speel.
