After canning the day it was nice to see someone soaring Abington so stopped off and joined them just as they left. I had a chilled half hour flying the last of the restitution / wave in the sunset.

A big thank you to Steve at the S&W for getting me back in the air again on Saturday and also Gary for the loan of the Golden. Another good weekend in the lakes if a little quieter than last week. Bewaldeth was great fun with lots of wave making things interesting (in good ways!). After busting a line on Sat I ended up on Jenkin for a very nice punt around on the screes under Skidaw. Sunday brought the same walk up but a much briefer flight - I won the race to the bottom landing field.
