This duvet flying isn't that bad after all. Check the track and spot the roads (or lack of)

Thanks to nonker Rutherford for the retrieve. 8)

Well done Mr Wallis. A ballsie flight over the wilderness.

Nice day at Cross Fell?
I think not!
Doing long cross country’s and leaving grown men weeping on mute hills doesn’t smack much like “Nice” from my point of view……and while we’re at it, Having your Groupie …Rutherford con me into accepting that lucky sheep’s bone just before I took off, guaranteeing promise of Mega XC’s purely by rubbing rapidly was about as low as one could go…..
And what’s nice about looking up from the bottom landing field with a wing wrapped around your ankles, looking up to see you on your way to cloudbase?
Where would you be without that lucky rabbit’s foot, and clutch of four leaf clovers?
I hate you!

Well done you retard!

Just been looking through the club XC league and had a close look at the Miskins Boonie flight. Now that is a real mans flight. Zoom it up and have a look at how he not only thermalled but used the into wind mountains. There's much to be learned from from these GPS traces.

Nice flight John, but don't forget hikers walk these distances ever day and even longer... flying into the middle of nowhere with a paraglider is a luxury because you can fly out... hikers can't.

Obviously hanggliders have to think about it a bit more ! but they can still fly out....
Maximise your time & dosh do both Hanggliding & Paragliding :)
