It would appear that this may not have been a direct Paragliding accident as such.

Copying Mark L from LLSC group:

Air Ambulance, Mountain Rescue, Navy Helicopter ,Casualty consultant
and Police were alerted to an incident at about 2000hrs on Monday
evening.

The accident is currently subject to an AAIB investigation but from
info at the scene, initially it appears that a non-flying companion
was lifted from the ground whilst holding on to the base of one of the
two paragliders flying on the hill called Shantron Muir above the
South end of Loch Lomond. He was carried up at least 100ft from where
he let go, falling to the ground and then sliding into a gully on the
hillside.

Despite the best efforts of Doctors and Paramedics he died on scene
and his body was removed by the Arrochar Mountain Rescue Team.

A tragic accident for all involved and I am sure our sympathies go to
those who were affected.
