Its a paragliding adventure race around 3 munros in Scotland over this weekend register on Friday evening upto 10pm or first thing Saturday am.
Then you've got from Saturday at 7am to Sunday at 5pm to get around the 3 munros by hiking/running and flying.

Paul Myerscough is entered as well. (Go get em Paul)
A smaller version of the Red Bull X-Alps and the first of its kind in the UK

Don't worry Chris, looking at the forecast I think you would be doing a lot of walking with a soggy glider so don't think you will be missing to much. Just keep your training up and you can go for the win at the X-lakes:

Forecast for that area:

Outlook for Saturday
Rather cloudy with outbreaks of mostly light rain, especially across the Cairngorms with the driest conditions expected in the south. Winds, Variable at 20mph or less. Freezing level above the summits.

Outlook for Sunday
A mainly dry day and after a rather cloudy start some good sunny spells should develop away from eastern coastal ranges which are likely to be affected by low cloud and mist patches at times. Fresh east or northeasterly winds. Freezing level above the summits
