well tp came up with the goods this evening

Post by gary stenhouse »

well me and neil headed up to tp at 5pm today and were blessed with some lighter winds and no rain. though neil did have the first flight and certainly got his thrills all the way to the ground. we waited on a bit and sure enough we ended up with some good flying not a great deal of height but we both got a half hours air time and both up at the same time with some sincrinised flying.

Lots of low level wave about tonight

I was training in the Cheviots today (Brandon - 1 mile NW of titer's) I had to stop training (HG) at 4.00pm because of very strong gusts and low level wave !

Gary... be very careful when flying in these conditions on Titlington Pike it can get very turbulant !!! cloud formation is a tell tale sign on what its going to be like...! its not just about the wind strength and direction.
Maximise your time & dosh do both Hanggliding & Paragliding :)
