Another good turnout at Horden

Post by colin keightley »

Yet another good turn out at horden today with more hangies than you would know what to do with.

Photos on the board later.

If anyone would like higher resolution copies of my photos then just let me know which ones and your email address and I'll send them.
If Acro was easy they'd call it Cross Country

yes some interesting flying today, for coastal flying it wasnt always smooth, but things did get better as the day got on. great to be in the sky with so many other hg pilots though a shame the tides wernt further out to do the fll ridge run. with 3 more flights today and 2 good landings and 1 perfect i am now feeling a lot more comfortable about landing. as for take offs after some good coaching from gary and wallis the new method of agression and sticking the neck out worked a treat. what a differance with a bit more confidence and comitment.

Yes I enjoyed my day very much, even though it was short, after such a long time off hangies I was amazed how Knackered I was after such a short flight.
