Lightness 2 Harness

Post by John Wallis »

Just wondering if anyone is having the same problem as me?

The leg straps are quite thin and I've found the day after flying or probably more to the point ground handling I find my groin is really sore. I'm thinking about fitting some pipe insulation around the straps to spread the load a bit to see if this helps. I'm not yet sure if it's the harness itself or the hernia repair I had about 6 years ago. Once flying the harness is excellent!

Cheers

not your hernia and would be surprised that there getting squeezed in flight, so think its only ground handling. done over 100 hours in mine and other than ground handling it is a pure joy. may be worth a bit of cushioning on the bits and pieces or where cycling shorts.

It's never nice when your harness gives a testicle a quick squeeze
If Acro was easy they'd call it Cross Country

Sounds to me like the harness is a bit small,,,,or maybe its you that's to big??

If it's a medium with medium pod, maybe you need the large,,,,I of course may be willing to relieve you of your pain.

For the small amount of £500, I will take the offending item off your hands,,,,and leave Kate to do the rest!
See you out there!!!!!

Instead/as well as cycling shorts there's always snowboarding impact shorts if you need something a bit more...industrial!
They usually have removable hard plastic armour but I'm not sure about a cod-piece!
