This years Grasmere Show is on Sunday the 30th August if anyone is interested in going?
At the moment I'm on day shift but hoping to get that changed so I can go.
I hope we get the weather we did last year but going by the LCC I'd say the Cumbria club must have neglected to pay their weather dues this year.
I've been emailed a PDF with more info on it but wouldn't know where to start to put it visible on this post...if anyone else could, that'd be great.

I replied to the email asking to be registered - and got a reply confirming I'm on the list.
I'm not entirely sure but think there's limited numbers.

Got the day off & sent an email to Chris...now got to finish the rest of the day with my fingers crossed that there's still space for me.
Are we forming a convoy again this year?

Me and Helen will b taking the camper over Sat. That is if the weather isn't s-----t. Think Bill is taking his van. Let u know nearer the time. Trafords camp site is cheep and often has space on bank holidays. Short walk to the pub.

Just had this from Chris field
to bill
They allow people to camp on the field the night before. I think you are meant to vacate on the Sunday morning but it doesn’t seem to be strictly enforced.

We ll be staying at skelwith fold campsite near top of Windermere. Hope to see you all there and praying the weather forecast improves before then.
