Cost: £5 per person flat rate for bunkers, campers, or campervaners

Directions: To Milkhope farm house Kidland Forest

1) Follow the signs to Rothbery
2) Head out of Rothbery following the Alwinton signs
3) Just before Alwinton you go over a small bridge and there's a small road off to the right sign posted Clennell Hall Camping.
4) Follow this road but don't go into the camp site continue on the forest track for probably a couple of miles? Keep on the track there is only one turn which is a hairpin to the right.
5) Continue on the track and the entrance to milkhope is on the left.

New date is Sept 27th please re post if you still want a bunk. There's 2 rooms the small one is just about full a total of 20 or so bunk beds, there is no privacy :shock: They request that you bring a sheet to cover the mattress then either your own sleeping bag or duvet.

16 bunks left plenty of room for camping Motor homes limited space.
Hoping Ron Don can still do Beers Bacon eggs and RAF frying pan.
Hoping Nina Trevor and Bill can still do the breakfasts
Hoping Brian can still get his man with the music.

Events

Welly hoying comp (Except Gary)
Girls V Boys rounders
I'm going to ask Gary and Neil to fly in on their powered paraglider and drop sweets for the kids :)
Possible Air rifle target practice
etc etc

There is a £5.00 per head fee this year to help cover some of the costs this will be collected on the night.

Thanks john for organising the venue I'll do my bit with the big northumbrian breakfast Ill see if ron don can get some more of those double yolker eggs

I'll definitely be going to the BBQ & camping in my van this year...
I can take an acoustic guitar, amp & mike if there's anywhere to plug in...we could do a karaoke sing along.

I did ask the question earlier Ron and Brian Rowe who was there last year said it worked his amp ok but I will check. Are you and Jackie coming this year would be good to see you both :)

Generator capacity is 3.5kw for everything, so provided you don't go beyond that it should be OK.

spoke to Selby today he now has the big frying pan and will bring it along can you reserve him 2 bunks

I intend to bring a pa and microphone so bring your guitar leads. If we are outside some gas or electric lights would be good if anybody has them.
