Got word today from Kay that she completed her Ironman triathlon in 12hr 30mins an incredible time for swimming over 2 miles then riding over 100miles then running a marathon. Well done Kay. What an achievement (y) (y)

It really was a great event...But Oh So Lovely not to have to be swim, cycle & run every spare minute.

The old legs are beginning to feel like they belong to me again..Tho my feet keep swelling !!!! Any tips I look like a Hobbit. Very Attractive !

So now the training is done and the weather is SO Lovely :???: :???: I look forward to seeing you all on the hill
