Unlikely to be called on this weekend, Saturday north - north east winds, Sunday northerly, so unless you've got a big digger to turn XFell round we will have to wait for another weekend.
See you out there!!!!!

Friday looks good for skivers though!

I think it's a good idea that all those that have little jobs or organising to do with regard this event are kept informed...

Think they were going to tell us tomorrow Col.

Seconded!

Not the not watching the weather part nor the being busy, just that I don't go to XFell (Kirkland) every day despite popular belief... :o

Just every other! Nice sheep don't ya know.

Now I have seen you in the dead of night, on your white charger, with the full moon, galloping along the tops!! I think it was you.

As one of the joint Meet Heads, I can ofishully announce that there will be no N54 comp at Cross fell this weekend. As Brian says, the wind is totally wrong.

On another note, the idea of a digger is just stooopid.

We are going to have a turntable installed under X fell instead, with remote control to activate it.

Problem solved!
