Just seen on the news that Mark Weir had a lucky escape on his tractor.
Most of you know him as the chopper pilot at the LCC and owns Honnister slate.
He was swept from a bridge in his tractor and swept miles downstream in it overturned. he managed to get free from his cab and to shore and walked 3 miles home singing 'im singing in the rain' happy to be alive.

Ye it sounded like it was a close one, but the miles down stream is a bit of an exageration.
