If some of you didnt know RASP weather site is down this is what the owner said.

From the guy who runs RASP:

RASP-UK is broken; more exactly a disc failure in the web server machine.
Clearly, I cannot post on my site: could folk announce on their local sites.
I am hopeful I can fix it by early next week.
If Acro was easy they'd call it Cross Country

yeah i was able to use it the day after but i beleive there have been the occasional blackouts since
