Suggest that this could be a new ruse by the "horsey" type people...... remember when the smugglers use to lure passing ships onto the rocks and plunder their cargo by use of lanterns to represent lighthouses??

Is this a new rouse to add a set of uprights to their "scrap collection services" by placing a windsock to attract an unwary passing HG??

You have been warned
