Carrock or the Coast?

Looks good for flying Carrock fell today, there again the coast looks promising --- for me, I'd rather fly inland.

Contacted Gordie last night about Carrock he said flying was possible but it would be gale hanging. OK for the hang glider Bob if the carry doesn't kill you.

The aviation wind is giving 060 degrees at 20 knots at 1000 feet on the east side of the country. 060 degrees 20 knots on the west but increasing in the afternoon.

Coast for me

Yep, Fell forecast said 15 - 20 mph @ 2000ft, 25 - 30mph summits, increasing later. Tad breezy for me, see you at the coast. :)
