C2C 2016

Post by bill-scott »

well its that time of year again and once again a few of us are planning on doing the C2C
the dates that have been chosen are the 27th 28th & 29th of July that's wed, Thurs, Fri. doing it mid week makes getting accommodation easier .not sure of the exact itinerary yet just need to get some numbers then work the rest out
there's already a few of the regulars committed and one or two maybe's
so if you've ever thought about doing it and just haven't get around to it here your chance its always a good trip and good craic ,hope to see Gary with us this year on his new electric bike
 so form an orderly Que and add your names below

well the accommodation is booked just need to get some practice in .
its not too late to join us the more the merrier, you will just have to book your own digs
were staying at the salutation in Threlkeld the first night and the Cumberland arms at Alston the second. were probably going over on the train but haven't booked that yet
so if you fancy a challenge get your tyres blown up and come and join us

Might be able to get a lift across for a couple of days, when you doing the best climbs on the route, after a week in the Pyrenees bagging HC's I'm in need of a rest! :)
Can't commit to the whole week, I've got other things going on.
See you out there!!!!!
