Tonight's meeting (Pilot Development)

I've managed to free up sometime so am aiming to get to the meeting tonight after all.

I was planning to look at the coaching structure within the club and to go through my proposals for future coaching.

I will be using my own 'development plan' as an example and hope to demonstrate how it can be applied to all levels pilots.

Maybe an good idea to bring a pen and paper so that we can run a quick workshop looking at our own individual development plan.

Christine will also be attending from 7.30- 9-30.pm and will feed into this process, our CAN application and proposals for a new pilot induction process.
