New menu at top of forum

Seeing as there was a lot of talk of web based stuff at the safety meeting I thought it best to tidy up the way we navigate around our website. So have a play, try and break it and tell me what you think, I can switch back a damn site easier than it was to create this.

Works champion fine on desktop, mobile not so much, would keep the bottom nav as you have Colin.
