Durham Coast Challenge

Post by Luis Martinez Iturbe »

Talking of coastal flying I propose a challenge:

To fly from Sunderland to Hartlepool, I know it can be done, just merge these flights and add a bit more:

Go for it Luis! If it's doable - and safe - why not?

If it's spring time remember the sensitive Little Turn nesting site just to the south of Crimdon and I think somewhere around Hartlepool is a nuclear reactor, must come with some restricted airspace or put out some stuff that will swell your gonads to an enormous size, much bigger than what you need to cross the gaps!
