well if bbc is right then I think we could be in for a shout I also think Saturday could be a good warm up day also.

will be doing my best to get out and do some serious flying so lets start to get exited and bring one the good calma.

also I will be flying EN C wing so no need to be worried though the Enzo is there for the more adventurous.

:D :D :D

Hi Ron I'm not sure what was agreed but with the flying been so rare this year especially at the weekends if anything's going to happen I think Gary will just have to pick a day and go with it, the seasons coming to a close.

ron its almost the end of august and there is a possible small window for this sunday, the last weekend s a bank holiday and know few will attend then it is September. trying to get something togeather and even if its an informal comp just between those that turn up at least it will add a bit of fun to the day.

Gary what happend to first and last weekend of the month
its almost the end of august and there is a possible small window for this sunday
First and last Sunday was agreed at a club meeting months ago but the summer is running out fast ,so what to do if a small opportunity arises ??

I would suggest that if the weather allows us and if we get enough interested parties without to many objections ,
then maybe do it and as Gary says if not the real comp a fun comp
Thats a lot of ifs and maybes.

We cant do anything about the weather so fingers crossed for that
but 24 hours to go who can make it ??? lets see how many, and take it from there.
Gary has taken on the thankless task of Comps man so Im now totally going to pass the buck and leave the decision up to him.

If the weather is suitable on Sunday, in my opinion, the club comp should go ahead. Unfortunately i have other commitments so wont be there, hope you have a good day.

Given the short notice and unpredictable weather and possible site changes to suit conditions I feel the comp should be canceled.
