Milkhope 2015

Post by John Wallis »

Got an email tonight from Graeme Scott who we book Milk Hope through does the club want to run the event again? Possibly in September at the end of the flying season? It appears we will have to book soon as it's getting more popular. Got to say last year was bloody great so we will need all the musicians back again please.

to Alan, bcc: me
Good evening all and a Happy New Year,

Just a quick e-mail to thank you all for your previous custom in booking Milkhope, which continues to go from strength to strength and we hope that you will visit again in 2015.

If you are interested in making a booking then please contact Alan or I and we will make the arrangements. Enquiries have been good since the turn of the New Year and several bookings have already been made, particularly for key weeks and weekends throughout the year. I have attached a copy of the booklet and booking form for your perusal.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

I'm going to book September 26th back end of the summer again so holidays should be well out of the way.

Are people OK with this date (party)

Dear all we are experiencing some difficulties with the BBQ date which was to be Sept 26th.

We have had to move it forward one week to the 19th Sept (Subject to availability with the owners)

Really sorry if this effects anyone

Cheers

Looking forward to it, will Ron F whip out his organ and give us a little jig again, will Brian Rowe play the the role of the third Proclaimer brother? will there be an assortment of Covent Garden standard buskers? I think there might be!
