I am definite, but Susan has to work. She may join us Saturday.

Neil smith has agreed to come along.

I'm going to see how many definates we get and see if it will be cheaper to get a minibus with trailer or just get the train.
as looking to do it the same way we have the last couple of years with a short first day stopping at keswick ,this takes away the need for a very early start or having to stop over at whitehaven.
Second day slightly longer but still achievable stopping at Alston either at the Cumberland or Alston house,
and final day Alston to quayside I know the quayside isn't exactly the coast but we've all done it before and once you've had a few pints at the pitcher and piano it makes the last few miles seem pointless but that doesn't stop anyone doing the last bit if you really want to.
so it looks like we have a good team I have some time off work next week and will get it all booked then

Even with an early start is it not worth making the Penrith area the first stop. I just thought Keswick was too short a day just saying like :)
