Well here goes nothing, I've signed up to the B-comp for a laugh...Well, Ian Henderson talked me into it!
Thought I might as well give it a go considering we're heading to Spain in April for XC training!

Angus you would manage B comp peice of piss without the XC training but if your putting in the prep work I'm expecting you to place mind
