Low Airtimers and Pilots just out to have fun, two questions for you guy's.
Q1. If we made a Task Book to help build experience or even just give you something to aim for, what would you like to see in it.
Q2. Would you pay £3 for such a book that was 24 pages long.

cheers colin, good idea,
as you said the aim been to build experience, what would I like to see in it,
* goals to aim for, what's possible pushing out front of the hill, triangle's to
aim for.
* how far can you ridge run in either direction and the hazards that may be
encountered on route and the best way round them.
* going over the back of the hill, reference points to look out for, areas to
avoid that may not be marked on a map.
* bail out points, what grumpy farms to avoid if possible.
*hints and tips on getting back
what to pay for such a book!
£3 is a bargain, would that even cover costs,
£5 could cover costs and put a bit in club funds
£10 could cover costs and make a donation to a charity (air ambulance)
could be a lot of work, all the best

Come on Guy's I cant help but feel there is a lack of interest, its a bit hard to get motivated when only a couple of people show interest. Thanks to those who have posted already I will keep your comments in mind.

Alright Colin, keep yer knickers on...some of us have been busy wooing our lovelies & building up brownie points to ensure getting out on the good days...did Julie get a card or have you been too busy with silky internal paper?
Joking aside it's a great idea & you have my support.
I think Gordon has pretty much got it covered.
I'm hoping to get into some bigger flights this year so whatever can help with flying away from the ridge to hunt for thermals & get things going.
I'm planning on more trips to the Lakes & Dales for a push in the XC direction but more for fun & experience than competition.
