Notice to XC Pilots flying from Derbyshire Sites - Eyam etc

Post by Chris L »

See below email from Nigel Page Senior coach at Derbyshire Soaring Club
Any pilots flying there sites ie Eyam Edge, Curbar, Stanage etc and planning on going XC must be registered as having had this briefing
May be worth confirming if you are already registered and if not putting your name below to register for this and I can organise this with Dave Luff

Subject: Rhads Briefings

Hello Chris,
As per my text I had a word with Dave Luff who is our airspace officer
and deals with RHADS. He can sort out RHADS briefings for you and can
be contacted on airspace@derbyshiresoaringclub.org.uk .
In the mean time you might want to have a look at
http://www.judithmole.net/webcasts/rhads.html which will give you a head
start.
We would appreciate it if you could encourage any pilots likely to be
visiting our area to get briefed and signed off properly.
Best wishes
Nigel
Feel the fear and do it anyway!

Me as well Chris. Thank You.
