I've got the weather Sussed!

I think I've worked out the problem with the weather.
Either, XC has run out of blue,
Or, the weather men have got to use their quota of isobar lines before the end of the year.

Any more ideas?

Yes its a real mystery, normally the trees shake their leaves and that causes the wind, but the leaves are off the trees now. Perhaps its magic after all!
