At the last meeting we discuses the possibility of having a proper meal at our December meeting/ presentation night, most there thought it was a good idea so im prepared to go ahead . but before i can do anything like choosing the menu or working out costs the first thing I need to know is numbers so please let me know if your coming and are you bringing partners etc

bill is the 4th or the following week? as emma is in the school play and I am down to go also I got john miller tickets to go.

if it is the 4th then I will try and change the tickets as it is on 3 nights

there is going to have to be a cut of point for bookings otherwise I'll never get it done

IM going to get there as soon as I can but don't finish work until 6.50 the meal is booked for 8.00 I will try and fit the club business in before the meal but time could be a problem it might be a very brief meeting.
