That was one of the most informative interesting and well presented talks I've listened to in a long while. I don't think I;ll ever see the Lakes in the same way ever again at least where convergence and sea breezes are concerned.
Really enjoyed it and even Mad Dog stayed until the end !!

Absolutely top draw, loads of info and as Chris says I’m inspired to try to fly more of the places and routes we tend not to visit. Talking about the different sea breeze effects there was much food for thought, I particularly liked Ed’s reflective style balancing his thoughts on how things work with the ideas of other pilots.

Thanks for your comments guys, always a pleasure to come to a beautiful city, meet old friends and get a warm Geordie welcome. Incidentally, last night I watched 'Bouncers,' which was based on Jesmond - I might have been scared off by the tottering totty and their capacity to drink yet remain semi upright whilst on the prowl!
