50KM in Northumberland and £50.00 prize money

Post by John Wallis »

Can anyone enlighten me about the above challenge so the rules are clear. I would hate to do 50K then someone spits the dummy out and doesn't hand over the reddies.

Thank you

JW

P.S. can you do it with witness' or do you have to have and a gps file?

I trust you are both men of your word?

In other words if you weltch on the deal you'll both be open to some serious and unrelenting scrutiny.

You both okay with that?

just want to be sure.

Let the games commence 300 sheets
:)

Ronnie do I need a gps to do the east hill challenge or can I do it the old way with witness' the reason I'm borrowing all this kit is in case Kate does the pg course and doesn't like it if she does I,ll buy something more modern for both of us. It doesn't make sense to spend a fortune to find we won't be continuing. In the meantime I want to try and relieve you of your dosh  If I can

Ronnie, I would demand proper igc files to ratify the flight. I offered the tight git some equipment for the job but his grip on the money was tighter than his handshake!
My bet is that he might just make 50m if he's lucky.

Do you have to be a fully paid up member of the club to enter the challenge?
See you out there!!!!!

Just think of all those top international pilots rushing to be full members of NHPC in an attempt to get the prize. An addition needs to be made urgently to the constitution, 'no new members allowed thought to be capable of leaving the hill' The constitution, an old velum parchment made from the skin of a road kill deer found outside the cafe, written with a scratchy pen and ink well by those founder members with an 11 plus pass, last seen being used as a book mark by Mad Dog for his 1970s collection of Razzle magazines

I'm Cumbrian and part Yorkshire pikey so can quite understand why you'd wish to lower the bar by excluding non homegrown pilots and and X fell/Model/Carleton from your official sites list.

@JW: Did you get the stuff fella? Sent last Monday via man in red van.
