Story from May this year after a landowner was jailed after threatening a balloonist.

poor chickens

do a lot of balloonists kill chickens?

It must be the reason why the woman at model ridge plays up so much when the paramotors fly a.bout

I don't understand what you are saying here Glen ? 'the law is not always on your side' I've read the story and the landowner stuck a loaded double barrelled shot gun in there chest !!! she broke the law and got what she deserved I think :o

The landowner at the bottom of Carlton has let the Local club fly this site for over 30yrs years now and rightfully has asked for some site rules with regards to her privacy, paramotors included.

There is nothing more anoying than a powered hangglider or paramotor buzzing over someones land 'low & back and forth' when they are trying to enjoy there retirement.

There is more than enough room for everybody in the sky to enjoy themselves if only we all think about what we are doing first before we act.

Happy flips
Maximise your time & dosh do both Hanggliding & Paragliding :)
