This will be on Saturday 19th June at Stocksfield.
The usual format- Turn up, get drunk, and eat half cooked meat.
It would be nice to have an idea of numbers. If you can get along please could you post here.

It is never easy!
If it is not the 19th, then the next free weekend is not until 17th July, when there is a possibility we may be away.
After that it is into mid August.
My feeling is to retain the 19th June. any thoughts anyone?

Its your call Alastair I think its fantastic that you give up your home and garden to us rowdy lot each year which i think is more than enough I certainly wouldnt expect you to chop and change the date to suit us.
However I will be attending the PSC round unless it is cancelled.

i think you have to just stick to a date as what ever happens there is always going to be something to stop everyone coming. though with the amount of work that goes into your barbecue then it is always nice to see lots of faces there. i guess a lot depends on what support the is for the n54.
cheers gary

Just a thought ....
If the PSC ( who's that ?) round is on the 19 th June we have our NHPC BBQ there. If it's not on and we will know by the Wednesday I am sure. Then we have it at Ali & Sues ....or is that too ambiguious ?

that is not really going to work kay, as everyone from nhpc would have to decamp to the peak district.
The other option is the following weekend, 26th June, but that conflicts with the Dales bpc round.
how many people are competing in the bpc this year?

The 26th it is then.
Sorry Tony - but if you are keen, you could always drive up from Hawes - it is only an hour and a bit.

If everyone brings some Chinese lanterns to set off we can have a mass take off when it's dark nothing like playing with fire when you're pissed
Maybe Jim Bittlestone should be in attendance
You can buy them cheap on ebay I'm never without a few in the house

Looking foward to coming along can we reserve space on your driveway please or maybe a parking spot outside.
We need to get a larger human pyramid this time, and I've done a first aid course so I'm well prepared
