We are the only school open in Northumberland, tough cookies us lads from Blyth, we don't let a bit of snow keep us down! :x

If you can make a snow hole that would stop people freezing I'd snowkite from home to Hartside nay bother...

Might take me a while with my skills though as the board is circa 1990 and I don't know these folks goofy and duck very well :oops:

So how many are in for the weekend just so I know how much medicinal alcohol to pack?

OK, we've given in and shut the school :cry:
So I will have to suffer the cold and go out on the skis with a kite,,,,,oooh what a punishment. You must all be feeling really sorry for me. :oops:

All these schools closing just to maintain their attendance statistics under the guise of Health and Safety. No wonder kids are just as soft as the teachers. :)

Saw a sad thing yesterday. 5 yr old kid out out with his parents in the best snowfall for 20 years wailing at the top of his voice....
