There's an entry from Bob Moore with a few instructions that may help.
The question of how to use these files seems to come up on the paraglidingforum every time they are updated.
I did have a few problems getting them onto my 60CSx when I was running win2000 with mapsource. I haven't tried the new version yet but as I'm now running on vista I'm sure a whole new raft of problems await
