Seriously though great video showing the effect of Katabatic winds at this time of year. Not only do they make landings tricky but you also come in very fast due to the sinky air. Fun on a speed wing when you've got skis on your feet

Sorry to read your not well my dear, however, it is only when this "mild mannered ladies flu" has been driven to distraction arguing with your lady antibodies and getting no where that it will then flee your body. Chris says if you really had man-flu you would probably be dead already because women couldn't handle such a devastating affliction

but I've put him right on that score

Remember man-flu only lasts a short time and its all in your head so fill it with alcohol to aid recovery:lol: It works for Chris
