Considering historically French men have been flinging themselves willingly from the Eiffel Tower since its conception. I thought the inventor of this flying contraption would have been getting a little impatient with this mans hesitancy, and might have been looking back down the steps for the next weeping guy. Clearly this guy was just seeking attention, and ended up with a little more than he bargained for.
