Laragne in October?

Post by Dave Hume »

Anybody any idea what Laragne would be like for flying in October? Is it just too late in the season? Might have the opportunity to get away for a late holiday somewhere and mulling over the best possibilites with a hang glider. Any ideas anyone?

Cheers

I've heard it's quite stable from mid-september, but haven't been there to check it out myself!

hi Dave. Paul and I are off there the 11th - 19th Oct. As always you take a chance . . . But I have heard it can be lovely.
I think Jocky has a trip out there at the same time. So he must be optimistic ! It's got to be better than here !

Hi Kay,

that's a strange photo in your avatar - the version I've seen looked a lot better!
