looking on the national xc league steve etherington managed a 39k free triangle at cross fell. looks more like a 3 turn of 15 but nevertheless it was a good flight and shows what can be done with patience. mind it was some wing as its sink rate was very impressive. i am sure once i am a better hg pilot the same route would have been ery easy but not the same on a pg.
