Didn't this all start with the urban mith/ true story about a guy in the states. Apparently he wanted to fly and had had one to many.....or something. Any way he got his favourite arm chair out in the garden strapped a shed load of helium balloons to it, sat down and let the 'puppy' go. Off he shot upwards towards the heavens feeling pretty chuffed with himself. After a while (quite a few thousand feet!) he decided he'd had enough and decided to implement his decent method..... a twelve boar shot gun strategically aimed to take the balloons out one after another! At this point either nerves or with drawl symptoms sobered him up and he realised the week point in his plan.....Yep you ever tried to shoot one balloon out of a bunch with a shoot gun!! There wouldn't of been one balloon left!

Apparently he had a good flight and was up for ages, leaving not radar trace with his stealthily designed air craft it was only after he entered air-lanes he was finally reported by the 747's pulling extreme avoidance manoeuvres!
